What do I need to get started?

– For new User
    • Download and install Gatekrasher customer (for customer application)
    • Click on register and fill in the required field
    • Click on submit
    • Our users can login and use our application after the registration process is completed.

– For existing users

    • Download and install Gatekrasher customer application
    • Click on Login
    • Enter your mobile number and login
    • A verification code is sent to your mobile device
    • Enter your verification code and click enter

Difference between customer & Partner app?

Gatekrasher customer application is customer that require services to be rendered to them; while the
partner application is to be used by the contractor/ professional.

Mobile devices for GK app?

iOS and Android devices. You can download the application in your App store/Play store

Is it safe to hire a contractor from Gatekrasher?

Yes. We value our client that is why we took the responsibility to verify all our partners before
completing their registration.

How to Install GateKrasher Professional app on your Mobile

  1. Go to your application store
  2. Search for GateKrasher Pro
  3. Click Install to have it installed on your phone

How to sign-up as a driver

  1. Locate the GateKrasher pro app on your phone
  2. Tap on the app
  3. Tap on partner driver to register as a driver
  4. Input all your information required on the sign-up screen, then tap continue
  5. Input the information required on the experience screen and tap continue
  6. Input the information required on the documentation screen then tap submit
  7. Confirm the document upload
  8. The confirmation screen will appear to you and it will automatically log you in.

How to get to get a job as a driver

  1. Make sure you are always online
  2. Go to your home screen
  3. When a customer close to where you are request for a ride, you will get a notification on your screen showing the destination and the starting point. Accept if you are interested in the trip
  4. Then wait for customer to confirm the ride
  5. Locate the customer through goggle map. You can call or message your customer to locate he/she
  6. Start the trip when your customer is ready
  7. You can also use the goggle map to locate your destination
  8. End trip when you get to the final destination
  9. The trip cost appear on your screen
  10. You can also rate your experience with the customer
  11. The customer make payment through cash, credit card or debit card, then click on submit.

How do driver cancel a trip?

  1. Tap cancel on your screen
  2. Confirm if you have informed your customer about the cancellation because you might be charged if you don’t
  3. Give reasons for your cancellation
  4. Confirm if you really want to cancel the trip
  5. The customer also get the notification and accept the cancellation, He/she will also give a reason for the cancellation. The reason must be accurate or else you will be charged

How to use the driver menu list

  1. Tap on earnings to check your earning for the day, week, month or year
  2. Tap on trips to check your trips and the trip earnings
  3. Tap on your account to check your total earnings (bonus +promotion +refund…)
  4. Tap on chat to check your messages with customer
  5. Tap on about us to know more about GateKrasher
  6. Tap on settings to put on your notification
  7. Tap on about me to edit your profile
  8. Tap on cool places I have visited to share new places you have been to
  9. Tap on contact us to drop your message
  10. Tap on notification to view all your notification messages
  11. Tap on terms of use to accept our terms and condition
  12. Tap on refer and earn to check your referral code
  13. Tap on rate app to rate us.

How to sign-up as a service professional

  1. Locate the GateKrasher pro app on your phone
  2. Tap on the app
  3. Tap on professional service to register as an artisan
  4.  Input all your information required  on the sign-up screen and tap on continue (you can also login through your social media acct)
  5. Input the verification code sent to the number you registered with and tap the black arrow
  6. Choose your service category
  7. Select your profession and tap continue
  8. Input all the information required on the profile screen (proof of address, identification, about me, media, etc…)
  9. The confirmation screen will appear to you, tap continue to automatically login.

How to get a job as an artisan

  1. Make sure you are always online
  2. Go to your home screen.
  3. Anytime a customer close to where you are requested for your type of service, it will be directed to you if you are available
  4. You will get a notification on your new screen showing the customer’s picture, name and the service they want
  5. Tap on the job to get more details about what the customer want and send your quote. Reject if you not interested
  6. Tap on send quote to send the amount for the job and other message to your client
  7. The quote will be submitted, then tap on continue
  8. The client will contact you through call or test message
  9. The job will move from new to open on your home screen
  10. After the final conclusion about the price with the client, he/she will hire you and the job will move from open to ongoing
  11. Jobs on ongoing means you are currently working for a customer
  12. After completing the job, tap on the three dotted line behind the job to complete it
  13. The customer will do the same and the job will move from ongoing to your history
  14. You can rate your customer.

how to subscribe for credit

  1. Go to your menu list and click on subscription on the top of the list
  2. Tap on the level/amount of credit you want
  3. The next screen will show you the amount of job you can do with the amount of credit you subscribing for
  4. The credit is used to bid for job and you can purchased it at any time. Each subscription level has a financial and job execution limit
  5. Choose payment type (airtime or card)
  6. If you are paying with airtime enter the number of credit you want to purchase and tap on purchase credit
  7. If you are paying with card, select your card type and tap on purchase credit
  8. Add your payment method.

How do professional cancel a job?

  1. Tap on the three dotted line beside the job and choose cancel project
  2. Give reason for your cancellation
  3. Confirm if you really want to cancel the job
  4. The customer also get the notification and accept the cancellation, He/she will also give a reason for the cancellation. The reason must be accurate or else you will be charged

How to use the professional menu list

  1. Tap on messages on the menu list to chat with client
  2. Tap on view profile to view or edit your profile
  3. Tap on notification to see all your notification messages
  4. Tap on terms of use to accept our terms and condition
  5. Tap on about us to know more about GateKrasher
  6. Tap on project to view all your projects
  7. Tap on contact us to drop your message
  8. Tap on refer and earn to check your referral code

  5. Input your phone number and tap on login
  6. Input the verification code sent to the number you registered with and tap the white arrow
  7. You can request for service or a ride

How to request for a ride

  1. Tap on hitch a ride on your home screen
  2. Tap on book your ride
  3. Input your current location and your destination
  4. Input your payment method (cash/credit or debit card)
  5. You will be directed to one of the professional drivers close to your location
  6. Confirm ride if you like the driver directed to you or tap on cancel if otherwise
  7. Tap on add payment
  8. Call or message your driver from this screen or cancel if there is an issue
  9. While on trip, you can view your trip details to view how the money is reading
  10. At the end of the trip, rate your driver

How do customer cancel a trip that haven't started?

  1. Tap on cancel on your screen
  2. Give reason for your cancellation
  3. Make sure you inform the driver because you might be charge
  4. Confirm the cancellation
  5. The driver also get the notification and give reasons for the cancellation of the job.                                                                                                                                         NOTE: YOUR REASON MUST TALLY WITH THAT OF YOUR DRIVER.

How to request for a service

  1. Tap on search for service on your home screen to search for your required service
  2. You will be asked some few questions to help you find the right service professional
  3. You will be asked for a referral code, you can skip if you don’t have one yet
  4. The job will be on open while you negotiate with our professional
  5. The job will move to ongoing when you hire the professional
  6. You can call, message or live track your service provider
  7. Complete the job when our professional is done with the service
  8. Rate the professional.

How do customer cancel a job?

Will I have access to Gatekrasher platform 24/7?

Yes. Gatekrasher is available 24/7 except during scheduled maintenance.

I can’t sign in. How can I reset my password?

Click on the forgot password link or login with your phone number.

What happens if I change my phone number?

Contact our support team by sending mail to support@gatekrasher.com

I did not receive verification code

Check the internet connectivity of your mobile device and click on Resend code

Must I be connected to the internet to use Gk app

Yes. Mobile device must be online to connect customers with contractors

My requested service is not on the service list

Please contact admin from the contact page within the application or send an email to
support@gatekrasher.com

My hired contractor didn’t show up?

Flag the ongoing job as incomplete by Clicking on Project, Ongoing and select incomplete.

Is it possible to cancel/re-schedule a job?

Yes

How long does it take to get a professional?

As long as there is an available contractor, user gets a professional immediately.

Can I register both the Customer and partner app?

Yes.

What do I need to become a partner?

Download Gatekrasher Partner application.
Signup as a new user.
Upload the necessary document needed.

How do I send a finished document to my customer?

Go to message on your app and attach it as a message.

TROUBLE INSTALLING APPLICATION ISSUE

Customer or partner is downloading application from a link, web or any other source outside of the
mobile phone store and they are having trouble installing application (App Installation from Unknown
Sources – Android)

Can I contact Gk team to make enquiry?

Yes. Send a mail to support@gatekrasher.com.

How much will it cost me to be a partner?

There is no charges required asides from users buying credit after details of Gatekrasher partner app has been verified.

What happens if I port my phone number?

– If you still have access to your mobile app, please send a message to admin
– Or Contact our support team by sending mail to support@gatekrasher.com

Customer requires Service than we agreed

Talk to customer and agree on the new price, then update quote of project on your ongoing tab.
Do not upset customer, please contact support@gatekrasher.com if both parties don’t agree to the same term.

Can I bid for multiple job at a time?

Yes. You can bid for multiple job in as much as it doesn’t fall under same schedule and so long your subscription level allows it.

How do I send a finished document to my customer?

Go to message on your app and attach it as a message.
